Individual Counseling

Individual counseling does not mean you must keep discussion of your relationships and how they are impacting you out of the counseling room. It simply means the individual is the client rather than the family or the couple. As such, you will meet one-on-one virtually or in-person with the counselor to explore your experiences, develop goals, and journey toward healing.
